Can I cancel or change my order?

Do not worry, we all make mistakes. If for some reason you want to change or cancel your order, and we have not prepared

your package, all you need to do is contact us at 210-9230883 or send us an e-mail at info@nerdom.gr within 24 hours of completing your order.

It is not possible to modify paid orders.

However, as far as the orders are concerned, you can cancel your order only 5 days after its submission. From this period

onwards there is no possibility of cancellation.


BEWARE, if an account applies many cancellations, PayPal claims, Card disputes etc. may cause a negative balance on the account and immediate deactivation

Returning a product

§ You have the right to return the products you purchased if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange for another size or color, as well as exchange for another product, refund or issue a credit voucher.

The return must be made in the same way as the order was completed.

If you wish to exchange the respective product for another, the return costs (€2) as well as the costs of the new shipment (€2) are charged to you (plus €2 if you want to pay the difference by cash on delivery).

In case you want a refund for part or all of the order, the return costs are charged to you (your return fee (€3) is deducted from the total amount of your return) and the refund amount will be returned within 10 working days . For bank returns, you can notify us of a Piraeus account and there will be no additional bank charges. Otherwise, if you declare an account of another bank to us, there will be the corresponding costs incurred by your bank. The reduced return fee (€2) only applies if you choose to make your return via General Post and request a recipient's fee. This fee only applies to changing products.

In the event that you request the issuance of a credit coupon, you will be sent a personal message with the coupon corresponding to the amount of the refunded money and with the costs of the return to be borne by you (€3).

If you request a refund and your initial order has exceeded the amount of €60, then the initial costs

There are no changes or returns on discounted products

In case you wish to return / change product

which now has a discounted price the current price is taken into account.

If you are not satisfied or for some other reason

If you want to return the product, you can do it within 15 days.
