The first step is to follow the usual process of submitting an order, but upon completion you should choose the option: "Delivery from a BoxNow Box" as the means of delivery and then the desired Automatic Parcel Receiving Machine that serves it.

After completing the order process, you will receive an SMS with information about your order and a Six-Digit PIN Code.

When the order is delivered to the selected Automatic Parcel Pickup Machine, you will receive another SMS informing him that his order is ready for collection.

To receive it, you must enter the PIN Code on the keyboard of the Automatic Parcel Receiving Machine, the corresponding box opens automatically and receives the order.
