  • Order

    • How can I confirm that my order was successful?

      Once you place an order with us you will receive automatically an email of your order. Please always check your spam messages.
    • Can I place an order with a Pre-Order item ?

      Of course! You can add the preorder item in your order and once the item will be available we will ship you immediately.

      - Nerdom Company is not responsible for any cancellations comes up for the Pre-Order items.

      - Estimated release date can be different from the one appears on our website due to delays of our distributors.

      - We can not make partial shipments.

    • Which methods can I use to pay?

      Our payment methods are the below: - Payment via Debit/Credit Card - Payment via Bank Transfer - Payment via PayPal - Cash on delivery (GR only)
  • Modification/Cancellation on Order

    • Can I cancel my order?

      We all make mistakes! In order to cancel your order contact us at +0030 2109230883 or email us at info@nerdom.gr with the first 24hours.

      We can accept cancellations with full refund for Pre-order Items within 5 days from the date of the initial order. Otherwise we will hold the 30% of the total and the rest will be refunded.

      If customer has on order Pre-order & Available item/items and wishes cancellation later than 5 days of the initial order, Nerdom will sent the availables items that are hold for customer's order and will refund ONLY the one/ones that is still on Preorder.

      Please notice that if the order has already shipped we can not be cancelled or refunded.

      If customer refuse to receive a parcel already sent by our Company customer will be charged both Shipping & Returning cost. If the package  arrive back to us by refusal damaged customer will be carged also the damages fees depending the situation of the product.

  • Shipments & Delivery

    • What are the delivery costs?

      For shipments within Greece

      - For orders under 60€ the sipping costs are 3.00€ and over 60€ are free of charge.

      - The payment method cash on delivery has an extra charge 2.00€

      - In case you want to change your product you should be charged both the costs of return and re-shipping 4.00€. You can pay this amount by bank transfer, PayPal or cash on delivery. If you choose to pay with cash on delivery there is an extra charge by 2.00€ (total 6.00€)

      For shipments Abroad

      - We ship all around across Europe via DHL with Tracking Number .The charges are seemed as below:

      For orders up to 50eur shipping costs are 10eur

      For orders 50-120eur shipping costs are 6eur

      For orders 120eur and over shipping costs are Free of Charge.

      IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you are located in remoted area the shipping costs may be different than the ones above . We will advise you by email if your area is remoted  and how does your shipment actually cost . Please see here with your postal code if you are in a remoted area here :

      - In case you want to change your product you should be charged both the costs of return and re-shipping which are different depending on the country. For any returns please contact us at info@nerdom.gr

      - For shipments outside Europe the shipping cost may vary and we have to check first with our shipping company. For any shipment outside Europe please contact us first at info@nerdom.gr

    • Delivery Time

      - Delivery time for Greece is 1 to 3 working day at the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

      - Delivery time Abroad can be 6  to 10 working days.

      - The dispatch from our warehouse may vary from time to time. For busy times please give us your understanding in any delay caused. We are always giving our best to send your order in the best condition!

      - For Pre-Orders : Arrival time may be different or can change anytime that the one provided at each item.

      *Delivery time may change any time for busy periods. Please always advise our announcements.

      We hope you’re happy with what you’ve ordered, but if there’s an issue or you don’t love your order 3000 please contact us at info@nerdom.gr

      Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date. All clearance items purchased on Nerdom.gr are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

      Please save the invoice you received with your package. It’s your receipt in case you need to return/exchange your item(s). Once your return has been received please allow 2-7 business days for processing.

      Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible. In order to make the return/exchange we need to receive back at the same condition the item(s)

      The return cost should it is not refundable and in case of exchange will burden the customer.  Please see the Shipments & Delivery Info.

      Beauty: Makeup / Fragrance - All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

      Candy and any other consumable products - All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

      Clearance/Sales: All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

      Collectibles: Blind Merchandise - All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

      Collectible Figures: All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

      Collectibles: Funko - If you are attempting to exchange or return a Funko POP! Figure, here are some things you need to know. POP! Figures are mass-produced. As a result, minor variations occur during the manufacturing process. These variations can include slight creases or scuff marks on the packaging or Funko itself. While we wish everyone could receive a pristine box and Funko, it isn’t always the case.

      Collectibles: Can only be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase (in-store) and 7 days of receiving item (online).
